CKUA is seeking a Fund Development Manager to lead its annual fundraising activities during a agile growth phase. This role requires a strategic thinker to oversee on-air campaigns, direct mail initiatives, and strengthen donor relationships. You’ll work closely with the Development team and contribute to aligning fundraising efforts with the organization's creative mission. Your leadership will help mentor Senior Development Officers and enhance fundraising performance.

Key Responsibilities:
