The City of Maple Ridge seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair municipal building systems. In this role, you will perform technical maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency. Robust knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems is needed to troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems in facilities
• Inspect equipment and perform routine inspections
• Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs on systems




• Execute preventative maintenance tasks for equipment
• Support plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting activities

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 with technical maintenance courses
• Fourth-Class Power Engineer Certificate preferred
• Class 5 Driver’s License for BC
• Ability to obtain RCMP security clearance
• Experience in maintenance and repairs of building systems
