As a Yard Operations Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations in our yard, promoting a strong safety culture. Communication is key as you assist both shop teams and external service providers. You will help maintain our fleet and keep the yard organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a strong safety culture among all personnel
• Conduct inspections and minor repairs on tools
• Maintain yard cleanliness and clear hazardous areas
• Facilitate equipment staging and yard logistics
• Help with inventory management and material handling

Requirements:
• 3+ years of heavy labor experience in outdoor settings
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Forklift and loader operation experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED necessary
• Strong organizational and communication skills
