As a Venture Leader, you will work with the CDL Rockies team to propel high-growth companies in sectors such as prime science and agricultural technology. This position demands a blend of analytical skills and strong relationship management to assess and advise early-stage ventures. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of these startups, contributing to their transition from concept to successful business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with CDL leadership to implement the program
• Expand the CDL Rockies network and maintain relationships




• Source and recruit startups for the program
• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 startups and track progress
• Write and maintain venture briefing documents

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in startups or venture capital
• Financial literacy and experience with fundraising
• Robust analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
