Drive client success as an Implementation Specialist with FactSet, ensuring clients maximize their subscription value through effective product deployment and user training in a hybrid environment.

In this role, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for high-value project deliveries. Your expertise will enable clients to seamlessly integrate FactSet’s Analytics tools into their operations, with a focus on data quality, technical guidance, and user experience enhancements. You will work on complex projects, mentoring junior team members while communicating effectively with sophisticated users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage project scope with implementation estimates
• Create user specifications and guide integration staff




• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite's technical aspects
• Implement and enhance deployments for improved user experience
• Provide training and support for client teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with FactSet Analytics tools
• Solid technical background and writing skills for screening codes
• Understanding of client usage of FactSet solutions
• Relevant industry certifications preferred
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
