Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct program development and budget monitoring
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure service efficiency
• Prepare reports for internal and funding bodies




• Evaluate community health needs to modify services
• Establish communications with external health agencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Three years’ experience in a healthcare management setting
• Robust supervisory skills and leadership in multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with palliative care processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
