Local government experience is preferred for this role, setting you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute council meeting agendas and minutes
• Organize meeting invites and logistics for participants




• Engage with the community through research and outreach
• Coordinate travel and registrations for officials
• Assist with Front Counter duties and accounts payable

Requirements:
• Administrative program diploma or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
