Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is actively looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to enrich its care teams at Lions Gate Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care plans

• Facilitate client support and education

Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Current licensed registration with the BC College of Nurses
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Physical capability necessary for nursing duties
