Become a Winter Highway Maintenance Worker with Emil Anderson Maintenance to help keep roads safe throughout the Skeena area. Engage in snow management and hands-on road repairs in this physically demanding outdoor role.

This full-time, seasonal position requires dedication to maintaining highway safety amidst winter weather challenges. You will operate snow removal machinery, assist with vegetation maintenance, and collaborate closely with a skilled team. Emphasizing safety in all operations is critical as you handle various tasks across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clear drainage systems and perform roadside maintenance
• Operate sanding equipment for protected snow removal
• Complete pre-trip inspections of plow trucks




• Change and maintain snowplow blades regularly
• Support equipment service and maintenance as required

Requirements:
• Clean Class 3 Canadian driver's license with Air Brake endorsement
• Background in heavy equipment operation and snowplowing
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills within the team environment
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 (asset)
