As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the Christmas Kettle Campaign in London. You will be responsible for onboarding, scheduling, and supporting a team of volunteers during this busy time. Your capacity to solve problems and maintain communication will be essential as you work closely with the Community Engagement Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of kettle volunteers’ onboarding
• Coordinate shift schedules using the kettle database




• Address volunteer and kettle site inquiries promptly
• Ensure kettles are well-stocked and secure
• Create daily shift reminders for volunteers

Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School education
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• A year of supervisory experience in volunteering is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of lifting 20 lbs. as needed
