Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level operational and service leadership
• Oversee delivery of integrated supportive housing services
• Supervise and develop staff in housing services
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Promote continuous quality improvement through data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or similar
• Minimum three years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven ability to manage budgets and funding agreements
• Experience in trauma-informed and resident-centered service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
