In this role at Brooks Health Centre, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic procedures and ensuring accurate result reporting. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and utilize your technical expertise in a supportive workplace that values diagnosis and patient health optimization. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily processing and testing of samples • Analyze and validate test results in a timely manner • Support health professionals in decision-making processes • Maintain laboratory protocols and safety standards • Document and report findings comprehensively
Requirements: • Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) • Must be registered or eligible with CMLTA • Proven technical and phlebotomy skills • Excellent teamwork and communication • Computer proficiency in lab software preferred
