SME3450-Material Handling Lind Full Time Lindsay, ON $23 - $26 CAD per hour Sunspace Modular Enclosures is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our Lindsay manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, organized and comfortable using computers to complete inventory and material transactions. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Supply production areas with required materials Receive, identify and properly store inventory Use computer systems to record inventory movements and material transactions Complete shipping,



receiving and inventory documentation Verify quantities and report inventory discrepancies Conduct daily forklift inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all health and safety procedures Assist with other warehouse and production duties as required Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience is required Valid forklift certification is preferred Comfortable using computers and learning inventory-management software Previous experience with shipping, receiving or inventory control is an asset Robust attention to detail and organizational skills Able to safely lift and move materials as required Dependable, safety-conscious and able to work independently Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset Sunspace Modular Enclosures is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
