CRBCL is hiring one coordinator to lead family healing programs within the Family Enhancement and Preservation Team. Your work will address trauma and promote wellness among children, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee healing programs for families and individual clients
• Identify risk factors to develop effective programming
• Collaborate with families to promote trauma-informed care

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience planning and leading programs
