Reporting to the Manager, IT Architecture & DevOps, you will be instrumental in managing sprints, documentation, and roadmaps. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure organization and visibility in project management. You will also help strengthen the processes that facilitate smooth and consistent delivery of IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate intake, sprint planning, and delivery scheduling
• Maintain accurate project information in Azure DevOps




• Strengthen technical documentation and runbooks
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders
• Monitor vendor activities and support ticket resolution

Requirements:
• Experience with technology project coordination
