Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and respond to incoming medical emergency calls
• Provide pre-arrival medical advice to callers
• Deploy the most efficient resources for emergencies




• Maintain communication with emergency service personnel
• Keep accurate records of dispatch operations

Requirements:
• One year of post-secondary education in a relevant area
• Four years of customer service experience
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR required
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher course is advantageous
• Versatile schedule for 24/7 shift work
