The results of this process may be used to staff future positions, in various CNSC locations, with similar qualifications and various tenures including term, acting, assignment and indeterminate.

Applicants must reside or be willing to relocate to the National Capital Region (NCR). Relocation assistance may be offered to a successful candidate residing outside of the National Capital Region.

What you'll do:
Reporting to a Team Leader within the Human Resources Directorate, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and delivery of HR programs and services with a focus on building an inclusive Employee Experience.

You will:

Develop and deliver strategic employee experience campaigns supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Official Languages, employee recognition, and onboarding.

Develop and deliver communications strategies and products, including written content, presentations, infographics, visual assets, and digital communications materials, to support employee experience, engagement, and change initiatives.

Provide strategic advice on communications, engagement, and change management approaches, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all Inclusive Employee Experience (IEX) programs, initiatives, and communication channels.

Lead the modernization and delivery of the employee onboarding program, including program design, governance, content development, interest holder engagement, and communications.

Collaborate with HR partners and coordinators to plan and execute onboarding and employee experience related activities, communications, and initiatives.

Coordinate employee listening activities and share results to provide insights that support organizational priorities and decision-making.

Develop practical tools and resources for managers and employees,



including toolkits, guides, templates, job aids, and micro-learning products.

Translate complex HR and organizational priorities into clear, accessible, and employee-centered messages and resources.

Monitor and assess communication effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and program impact.

Essential Qualifications:
Education:

University degree in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology or other specialty relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of relevant education, experience and job knowledge

Language Requirements:

Bilingual imperative with proficiency at BBB level. If you are unsure of your proficiency level, we encourage you to self-assess here

Experience:

Experience developing and delivering one or more initiatives, programs, or strategies in the areas of employee experience, employee engagement, inclusion, accessibility, official languages, onboarding, recognition, and organizational culture.

Experience developing and implementing communications products, content, and strategies to support human resources programs, initiatives, organizational priorities and/or employee engagement.

Experience working collaboratively with diverse interest holders, partners, and clients to develop, coordinate, and implement initiatives, resolve issues, and achieve shared objectives.

Experience coordinating surveys, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting findings to support decision-making and program improvement.

Knowledge of:

Employee experience principles, practices, and trends, including approaches used to support employee engagement, inclusion, accessibility, onboarding, recognition, and/or organizational culture.

Organizational communications, interest holder engagement, and change management principles and practices, including the development of communication products, planning, audience analysis, key messaging, and measuring effectiveness.

Methods for collecting, interpreting, and using employee feedback and organizational data to support program improvements and evidence-based decision-making.
