Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipelines
• Source and screen candidates utilizing diverse methods




• Provide candidate care and assist with inquiries
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices
• Collaborate in special projects related to recruiting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting for industrial roles
• Familiarity with EEO laws and compliance
• Experience with Microsoft Office; UKG highly preferred
• Knowledge of BI/Dashboard tools for reporting
