Compensation $70,000-$100,000
Qualifications Registered member of the CMTO, in good standing
Minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience
Strong foundation in injury-based treatment and clinical assessment
Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage therapy techniques, including deep tissue therapeutic work
Conduct 60-minute assessments and 30-minute one-on-one treatment sessions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
Skills Self-motivated, mature, and comfortable working autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong case management and client engagement abilities
Interest in brand building, customer service, social media,



and marketing
Open to feedback, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
Comfortable providing constructive feedback to leadership
Highly reliable and professional
