In this position, your support will be crucial to enhance the patient experience within the Diagnostic Imaging department. You will play a fundamental role in assisting with patient procedural preparation, maintaining supply inventories, and ensuring operating areas are well-prepared. An understanding of medical terminology and a customer-service mindset will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assist patients in sub-waiting areas
• Provide clear instructions for exam preparations
• Facilitate smooth transportation of patients to imaging modalities
• Ensure rooms are stocked and secure for use
• Transport and clean equipment post-procedure

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Hospital experience in Diagnostic Imaging desired
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Meditech is an asset
• Physically fit to perform demanding tasks
