Salary: $25.00 HOUR hourly / 37.25 hours per week

Responsibilities

Evaluate daily operations.

Plan and organize daily operations.

Plan and prepare work schedules.

Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.

Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects.

Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications.

Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.

Supervision

5-10 people

Background and Requirements
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.





Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.

Work site workplace: Dusty, Noisy.

Work setting: Management, Supervision, Residential renovation, Various locations.

Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.

Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.

Personal suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail.
