What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in retail sales or customer service — previous sales experience is highly preferred
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with customers
Professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping people
Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
Organized and able to follow up consistently with customers
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to build lasting relationships rather than simply make a sale
What You’ll Do Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget




Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first contact through delivery and beyond
Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
Stay knowledgeable about Ford products, programs, incentives, and current offers
Build your own customer base and generate repeat and referral business
