Reporting to the Senior Manager for Financial Applications, you will join the Business Applications team to drive analysis and support growth activities within the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to enhance our operational efficiency through data-driven insights and structured decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize internal processes and governance structures
• Develop future-state process models and resolve gaps
• Analyze options and provide recommendations to leadership




• Evaluate the impact of strategic changes on processes
• Document objectives and outcomes for transparency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements definition and process analysis
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
