IMAX is looking for a detail-oriented professional to help manage the full contract lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen interest in utilizing technology and AI to enhance legal processes. You will ensure that all contracts align with business objectives while managing compliance and risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts
• Review terms to identify risks and obligations
• Maintain and optimize contract templates and systems
• Coordinate negotiations with legal and cross-functional teams
• Streamline contract workflows through technology and AI
Requirements:
• Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma with 5-10 years’ experience
• Solid drafting and negotiation expertise in commercial contracts
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands
• Familiarity with contract management systems preferred
