Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance issues, focusing on guest room needs
• Conduct daily boiler checks and pool chemical maintenance
• Lead responses during fire alarms and emergency tasks




• Repair equipment including kitchen and laundry appliances
• Participate in regular checks and documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 4th class power engineering certificate
• 2 years experience with boiler/chiller systems
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Mechanically inclined with repair skills
• Flexible to changing shifts and schedules
