In this temporary role, you will report to the Youth and Family Coordinator and provide essential services to clients, supporting youth engaged in the justice system and facilitating family mediation. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term crisis support to youth and families
• Provide referrals and guidance to improve functioning
• Assess client needs and risks through interviews




• Offer parenting skill training and support in individual settings
• Implement intervention plans to foster youth independence

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human/social services or related
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent
• First Aid Certification valid
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities
