Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
• Inspect and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Carry out carpentry and drywall repair tasks
• Respond to on-call maintenance after hours
• Ensure timely follow-up on tenant repair requests

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years handyman experience needed
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, and plumbing required
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Willingness to work on-call shifts
• Completion of security clearance is mandatory
