You will collaborate with healthcare team members to provide effective programming and become an advocate for family needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-home support to families with children ages 0-6
• Conduct health promotion education for groups and individuals
• Partner with Community Health Nurse on service delivery




• Advocate for families and connect them with community resources
• Create and provide educational materials for workshops

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Certificate or relevant experience
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Safe Food Handling
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Previous experience with First Nations communities is an asset
