As a key member of the construction team, your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to oversee mechanical and electrical activities. You'll be essential in managing documentation, tracking project progress, and resolving technical challenges as they arise. Your role will also involve supporting project planning and ensuring timely equipment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mechanical/electrical activities between teams
• Review and assess construction quality and timelines
• Manage RFIs and all technical documentation
• Expedite procurement for crucial equipment
• Assist in budgeting and tracking project progress
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years in mechanical systems coordination
• Familiarity with water, wastewater, or heavy civil projects
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam or similar
