Peel Region in Brampton seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (ServiceOntario) to provide front-line information and support for government programs. The role is two part time contracts, onsite, 25 hours/week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM window.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, have at least two years in office administration and customer service, and be able to handle payments and inquiries in a fast-paced public service setting.
