In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales for both new and pre-owned vehicles. You’ll implement strategies to ensure compliance with sales processes while training team members to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with Sales & Leasing Consultants to optimize customer engagement and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities: • Actively engage in leasing and selling vehicles • Enhance sales processes for improved profitability • Train team members on consumer-oriented programs • Verify that all staff are license-compliant • Support closing of sales transactions with consultants

Requirements: • Proven sales and customer service experience • Solid leadership capabilities and commitment to quality • Valid Ontario Driver’s License and 3+ years of driving • OMVIC License required • Knowledge of OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert is a plus
