All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure—no quoting required—with consistent bi‑weekly payments.Scope of WorkThe subcontractor will be responsible for tile and ceramic installation scopes,



including but not limited to:Installation of floor and wall tile (ceramic, porcelain, etc.)Bathroom tile work (tubs, showers, surrounds)Kitchen backsplashes and feature wallsSurface preparation (leveling, membrane installation, waterproofing as required)Grouting, sealing, and finishing workRemoval and replacement of damaged tilesMinor substrate repairs related to tile installationReading layouts and executing clean, consistent patternsCoordination with site supervisors and other tradesMaintaining clean, organized workspacesPricing &
