Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to join our food and beverage team.

You will work as part of a dynamic kitchen brigade where teamwork, skills development, and the enjoyment of cooking are highly valued. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, Anne-France, who has been part of the Auberge team since 2006, the kitchen team showcases Québec cuisine inspired by local and seasonal products.

Your role

- Participate in the preparation and execution of dishes
- Carry out daily food preparation and mise en place
- Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes
- Keep work areas clean and protected
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the entire team to provide a high-quality dining experience

What we offer

- $22.29/hour for Cooks
- $19.50/hour for Kitchen Helpers

Schedule

- Day or evening shifts
