Location: Hybrid 2x every 2 weeks in Waterloo, ON
Rate: $40-$45/hr

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, launch, and refine innovative solutions.
- Focus on delivering high-quality, scalable applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure the team's technical capabilities remain cutting‐edge.
- Critically evaluate current processes and proactively contribute to, or lead,
the implementation of improvement opportunities by incorporating past learnings and leveraging industry best practices.
- Take a solutions‐focused approach, advocate for continuous improvement/innovation among the team, and be receptive to, solicit, and apply feedback and learnings on the job.
- Seek out and obtain required, and beyond what's required, professional and/or industry knowledge and training, for both personal and organizational benefit.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience as React/.NET Developer
- Robust experience with APIs
- Experience with agile methodology
- Financial industry experience
