ICO Bath is a Canadian supplier of premium bathroom products, including heated towel warmers, accessories, vanities, and sinks. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our in-person team in Pilot Butte.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the person customers and internal teams can count on. You will help customers with orders, product questions, shipments, returns, and service concerns, while working closely with Sales, Operations, and Shipping to ensure requests are handled accurately and followed through to completion.

What you’ll do:

- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, pricing, inventory, orders, and shipments
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring details are accurate and communicated clearly
- Coordinate service requests, returns, shipping claims, and credits from initial inquiry through resolution
- Provide order updates and follow-up on outstanding customer requests
- Generate invoices, process credit-card payments, and assist with other administrative tasks
- Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and open issues




- Identify recurring customer or product concerns and bring them forward to help improve the customer experience

You’ll be a great fit if you

- Have experience in customer service, order processing, inside sales, administration, or a similar fast-paced support role
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Can manage several requests at once while keeping track of the details
- Stay calm, helpful, and solutions-focused when handling challenging situations
- Are comfortable learning new systems and working with software
- Enjoy working as part of a team and taking initiative when something needs attention

Experience with ERP, order-management, or shipping systems is an asset, but training on ICO Bath products, systems, and processes will be provided.

This is an in-person position based in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the workplace.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
