Job Description
- Directly reports to Maintenance Manager
- Follow established safety protocols and maintenance procedures while using problem-solving skills for unique situations
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to supervisors
- Contribute to the longevity and optimal functioning of building systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field (beneficial)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
