You will apply the Nursing Process, manage medication administration, and lead a nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individualized care based on the Nursing Process
- Manage Resident Plans of Care with a multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications as per physician's orders

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience in long-term care is preferred
- Basic computer skills are necessary
