Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an Invoicing Clerk (data entry clerk), for our client company on Annacis Island, Delta, BC. This is a new division of a well-established company in the logistics/ 3rd party logistics business. Open to all including Immigrants with reasonable English or parent who have to drop off child(ren) - some flexibility in work hours! General reliability and a responsible individuals/ getting the work completed in a timely and accurate manner is the most pertinent parts of the position.

Responsibilities & requirements:

- Set up client or customer information
- Data entry of invoices within Quickbooks
- Accuracy of entering information
- Minimum of 40wpm
- MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- General knowledge of AP & AR billing or Quickbooks would be an asset but not a requirement.
- Strong sense of responsibility & willing to do what it takes – be flexible to do other work as needed as this is a start-up division.
- Good English communication skills

Monday to Friday, 8 hours/ day - could be versatile start/ end times between 8am to 6pm.

Starting wage is $15/ hour.
