Services may occur in home, school, or workplace, following the Nursing Care Plan and provincial scope of practice. The role requires RN licensure with CRNM registration, and may involve in-home wound care, clinics, and coordinated care with the Nursing Resource Coordinator and team. Term position with in-person duties and day/evening shifts.
