About the Role

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share within key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders at major retail chains. Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and product listings. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.



Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless account management. Present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar sales role within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large retail accounts and achieving sales targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the FMCG retail landscape and consumer dynamics. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Benefits
