Your main duties will include administering medications per physician orders, communicating effectively with residents, and documenting accurately in MAR/TAR systems. Key Responsibilities:



• Administer medications accurately per physician instructions • Document in MAR/TAR in real-time and accurately • Observe residents during medication administration • Report medication refusals or concerns promptly • Maintain organized medication carts following safety standards

Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • Certification in Medication Administration • CPR and First Aid certifications • Strong communication and documentation skills • Preferred experience in senior care
