Hotel Arts is seeking an enthusiastic individual for its Front Office team. The Guest Services Agent position requires flexibility with schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will engage with guests, educate them about amenities, and maintain the lobby's professional appearance while managing concierge inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests entering and exiting the lobby promptly
• Assist with luggage handling for all guests
• Educate guests on hotel property and services
• Manage front-drive and valet parking efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
Requirements:
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License; skilled in standard and automatic vehicles
• Clean Driver's Abstract with 3 years of experience
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
