As part of iA Financial, PPI is searching for a meticulous Investments Administrator to streamline trade processes for segregated funds and maintain service quality. This position requires a proactive approach, recognizing urgent issues while assisting advisors with their inquiries and supporting new client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process segregated funds and investment products efficiently
• Track pending transfers and follow up with stakeholders
• Resolve discrepancies and assist advisors promptly
• Manage the establishment of client accounts in WealthServ
• Oversee investment-related correspondence
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in the investment sector
• Relevant industry designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) an asset
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French, essential
