Dream’s Corporate Accounting and Reporting team is currently looking for a Manager, Accounting & Reporting to join their team on an 18-month contract. Who Are You? Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:



Lead process improvement and data clean-up initiatives across corporate accounting, including standardizing chart of accounts, reconciliation templates, and reporting workpapers to support scalability and audit readiness; Identify and drive opportunities to incorporate AI and automation tools into corporate accounting and corporate reporting workflows, partnering with IT/Finance Systems as needed; Contribute tothe monthly and quarterly financial close process for internal and external reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and standardizing close activities; Contribute toand help manage the quarterly and annual financial reporting and compliance reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and integrity of external disclosures; Contribute tothe corporate accounting process, including review of journal entries,
