Act as a central hub between departments to ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and aligned with how the business operates

Support ongoing financial hygiene by enforcing guidelines, auditing transactions, and improving internal accountability around spending and documentation

Who you are

Highly detail-oriented with a robust sense of ownership over accuracy and completeness

A systems, root-cause analysis thinker who enjoys building processes, improving workflows, and solving operational problems

Comfortable operating both in the details and at a higher level, translating financial data into meaningful insights

Robust communicator who can work across departments to gather information, clarify issues, and drive accountability

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Adaptable and comfortable building structure within a growing business

Requirements

4–7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role with hands‑on responsibility across bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations

Experience managing payroll and supporting HR‑related financial processes
