About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Operations Manager to lead their quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will develop and implement quality management systems, oversee inspection processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product integrity and customer satisfaction, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and procedures.
- Oversee all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.




- Train and mentor staff on quality best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and operations management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ISO or similar quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with quality auditing and root cause analysis techniques.
