About the Role
- Job Title: Business Consumption Program Manager
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end program management for product and commercial launches from early planning through General Availability (GA), regional readiness, and downstream execution.
- Partner with Business Planners to track product development, business requirements, pricing decisions, milestones, dependencies, sign-offs, blockers, and approvals.
- Create and manage Change Requests that translate approved product, pricing, and business decisions into clear, actionable inputs for Product Launch Operations.
- Maintain launch plans and milestone visibility through MAPP (Milestone and Project Planner) or equivalent planning tools.
- Coordinate GTM readiness activities, launch prioritization, stakeholder reviews, and executive reviews.
- Ensure launch documentation is complete, accurate, approved, and ready for handoff to Consumption and downstream execution teams.
Consumption Execution and Quality Control
- Review and validate product, pricing, subscription, and consumption change summaries for completeness and accuracy.
- Compare submitted changes with Business Planner-approved pricing files and other source-of-truth documentation to confirm alignment with approved decisions.
- Identify discrepancies across pricing files, Change Requests, change summaries, and system submissions, then coordinate corrections with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform pre-launch quality checks and system validations; investigate and clear validation errors, submission failures, and exceptions that prevent changes from progressing.
- Support manual and exception-based launches and track changes through successful completion against committed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of validation results, approvals, exceptions, decisions, and resolutions to support continuity and auditability.
- Support investigation and remediation of post-launch pricing, consumption, subscription, and configuration issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, business planning, launch operations, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting complex product or service launches involving both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience working with SQL and excel.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary] for this position is between [$120,000 - $130,000 CAD annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful .
Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health care and dental care. You are also eligible for the Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and the Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA). Employees entitled to two weeks' vacation must receive 4% of their earnings as vacation pay for the year for which the vacation is taken.
