Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.

Facilitate SRM system training for branch and corporate employees.

Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, and e-learning resources.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and implementation activities.

Coach employees and managers through operational and system changes.

Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and system adoption.

Maintain training records, implementation updates, and user support documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful deployment of SRM across the organization.

Key Qualifications Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.

Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications.

Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.

Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a strong asset.

Bilingual considered an asset.
