About the Role

Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization in Kimberley , is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support their community development initiatives across the Northern Cape . This role is integral to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at improving local livelihoods and well-being. You will work closely with program managers, community members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and development of project work plans and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, including logistical arrangements and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.




- Support the implementation of project monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

- Previous experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of community development challenges in the Northern Cape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
