About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement to join their team in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to implementation and ongoing monitoring. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to manage change effectively within a hybrid work setting, driving significant improvements in productivity and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects focused on identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes across various departments.
- Develop detailed process maps, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized workflows using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and drive consensus.




- Implement new processes and technologies, ensuring effective change management and user adoption.
- Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on key business metrics such as efficiency, cost, and quality.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management , with a specialization in Business Process Improvement or Operations Management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process optimization projects and delivering measurable results.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
